So last night I went to this bbq place for a birthday dinner and it was delicious! I don't know if the rest of guys have heard or been to this place, but if so, how come you've never told us and we've never gone?! There was a group of us so we got a sampling of almost all the meats, and let me say, the ribs and beef brisket was just amazing! So good you don't even need the bbq sauce at the table, so tender the meat just falls off the bones, and taste a little sweet and spicy with a great smoky flavor.

The apps....wow, tator tots topped with brunswick stew made from their brisket and cheese (dont worry, they still had some of their crunch), or fries topped with their chili (also made from the brisket), jalapenos, and cheese. These 2 huge plates were gone the second they touched our table.

Even the sides were great! Though i didn't try the cole slaw, everyone else seemed to like it. I loved the corn bread with little pieces of jalapenos in it with a honey butter spread. It was a good thing i ordered 3 pieces (each one was a huge slice) cause everyone ended up eating some! The mac n' cheese was very.......cheesy and good.

Long rant short, I recommend this place for some very delicious bbq!

My uncle has recommended it a few times. I'm not sure why I haven't gone.

Thats funny, I just went to Fox Bros for the first time last weekend. We got the brisket covered cheese fries -- even splitting a "half order" with someone else, it completely filled us up and we didn't even order anything else.

I'll have to go back and try the sampler ... but it will take one hell of a BBQ rib to beat Fat Matt's in my opinion. I also liked Fat Matt's ambiance a bit more -- its more bluesy, more hole in the wall, more urban.

Fox Bros just seemed like another normal restaurant like Front Page News. But the food we had was certainly delicious, no doubt about it.

I saw it on a Food Network show, the guy was in Portland and was eating at Podnah's Pit. They served the BBQ lamb ribs, which he had when he lived in Texas.

The shit cost a cool billion to build and has the largest 1080P display known to man. I thought the new Yankees Stadium was the shit, but this one should blow it out of the water.
