Moral of the Story

Fedex 2 Day Delivery = Package being shipped on the 18th, and maybe arriving on the 25th.
Because: They couldn't read the zip code and thought a 7 was a 1 despite there being a 1 and a 7 in the address already, but corrected it on the 20th and rescheduled the delivery for the 24th (why it takes them 3 days after they've already corrected the address I don't know). Of course, during the 3 days it sat in Forest Park, GA, we tried to change the delivery signature to my leasing office but apparently you can't once you set it to a location signature.
Checked the tracking on the 24th, the package has been in transit for the past 3 days and finally arrived at a new place.......Ellenwood, GA......5 MILES AWAY (more or less)....where it will sit for another day before being attempted to be delivered to me.
So now I have 2 options and 1 hope.
I can hope that they will ship it to my work (which turns out the Fedex office that they will hold it at is near my work, which makes no sense because that means it's being sent way up north past my house to be delivered back south, oh well.)
Option 1, pick it up at the Fedex office that it will be held at (which won't be bad since apparently it's so close to work).
Option 2, skip work and wait at home and hope that's the day that they will deliver it. (I don't like option 2 since I really can't skip work)
Moral of this story: Drink soda through a straw, it's better for your teeth.

Lame. Most packages have a label with the zip electronically written. If it was hand-written on then they should have taken it to Kinkos or printed a label online which would again check the zip code. They must be super dumb.

US Postal Service is the way to go. Interesting fact: In its 200+ years of operation, the USPS has never lost or delivered late a single item!
