The same guy wrote a more technical article back in March, RE: Atlanta Growth
It goes a bit more in-depth about what Atlanta has to get through the recession. The comment section brings up some good points too. A bunch of haters though. It drives me crazy when people say Atlanta has no culture. What they mean to say is that it doesn't have culture that appeals to their white, mid-40s conservative mind-set.
