Best apartment or condo building in Midtown

I'll be looking for another place soon. There are a lot of no-name buildings beyond Juniper that never seem to come up in any of the major listings. I'm currently at the Metropolis which I love, but it's $50-150 more per month than other, older Midtown properties.

Are you looking for a highrise type place? Or more like just a unit in a house-like duplex

I really enjoy being in a highrise but I've opened things up this round to just about anything.

Peachtree Walk on 12th street used to be apartments, but are now condos. Seems like a nice location at least, probably wouldn't be too expensive.

Would love to hear an update here too -- I'm considering whether or not to move closer ITP and love hearing residents' feedback.
